Privacy Policy

The short version
We collect what we need to take your order, ship it, and answer your questions. We do not sell your personal information. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
What we collect
When you buy
Checkout is handled by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers — you enter it on Stripe's own payment page. After a successful payment, Stripe passes us your name, email address, shipping address, and what you bought, and we store that so we can fulfil and support the order.
When you write a review
We store the name, email address, rating, title, and text you submit, plus a photo if you add one. Your email address is never shown publicly — it is used only to match your review to a purchase and to contact you if there is a problem. We also record the IP address a review came from, purely to limit spam.
When you email us
We keep the correspondence so we can help you.
Who we share it with
Only the services that make the shop work:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Supabase — the database holding orders and reviews
- Resend — sending order confirmation emails
- Vercel — hosting this website
Each processes your data on our behalf. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone, and we do not share it for advertising.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe sets cookies on its own checkout page as part of processing your payment and preventing fraud.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for tax, accounting, and warranty purposes. Reviews stay published until you ask us to remove them.
Your choices
Email us at the address below to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or take down a review you posted. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we honour these requests regardless of where you are.
Security
Order and review data sits in a database that is not reachable from your browser — it can only be read by our server. Payment details are held by Stripe, not by us. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not keep card numbers anywhere.
Children
This shop is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
