By buying from or using coolie.page, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The product

Coolie SubZero Cooling Wipes are a cosmetic body wipe for external use on skin. They are not a medicine and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, including heat illness.

Use externally only. Avoid your eyes and any broken or irritated skin. Stop using and seek medical advice if irritation develops. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, read the ingredient list on the product page before use. Keep out of reach of children.

Orders and pricing

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price is listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, you get a full refund.

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time, but the price shown when you check out is the price you pay. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you confirm.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe and are also subject to Stripe's terms. We do not store your card details.

Reviews you post

Reviews must be your genuine experience of the product. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights, and do not post on behalf of a competitor. By submitting a review you give us permission to display it on this site. We may decline or remove reviews that break these rules, and we may remove a review at your request.

Our content

The Coolie name, logo, packaging design, photography, and site content belong to us. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission.

Limits

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded — and this does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms in force when you ordered are the ones that apply to that order.
