Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States and Canada. If your country is not offered at checkout, we do not ship there yet.

Cost

Boxes count together across cooling levels — one Ice, one Extra Ice and one Extreme Ice is three boxes and ships free.

The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes a further 3–7 business days. Estimates are not guarantees — carriers occasionally run late, and weather or holidays can add time.

Tracking

You will get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and tracking details once it ships.

Wrong, damaged, or missing orders

Email us at the address below within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid. Send a photo if something arrived damaged — it helps us fix the problem with our packaging.

If tracking shows delivered but you do not have the parcel, check with your household and neighbours first, then contact us and we will help trace it.

Returns

You can return an order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

We pay return shipping. Email us and we will send you a prepaid label — do not post it back at your own cost, as we cannot reimburse postage bought elsewhere.

Because Coolie is a personal hygiene product applied to skin, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused boxes with the seal intact. This is for the safety of other customers; opened boxes cannot be resold. If a box is faulty or caused a reaction, this restriction does not apply — contact us and we will refund you regardless.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method once we have your return, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. We will email you when it is issued.

Cancelling

If your order has not shipped yet, email us and we will cancel it and refund you in full.
